Sinarmas LDA Maritime (SLM) proudly celebrated its 12th Anniversary by reaffirming its commitment to sustainability, collaboration, and social responsibility. As part of the celebration, the Company officially concluded the SLM 21 Days of Impact initiative, encouraging employees to adopt one sustainable habit over 21 days through simple yet meaningful actions in their daily lives.

Throughout the three-week program, employees embraced Go Green habits such as using reusable tumblers, bringing lunch boxes, and taking public transportation. The initiative demonstrated that lasting change begins with small, consistent actions. More than just a sustainability campaign, SLM 21 Days of Impact fostered a culture of environmental awareness while strengthening teamwork and shared responsibility across the organization.

The collective enthusiasm of employees also translated into meaningful social impact. Through active participation, the initiative raised IDR 12,000,000 in employee donations, complementing the Company’s annual contribution of IDR 288,000,000 to Tzu Chi Sinar Mas. Together, the total donation reached IDR 300,000,000, reflecting SLM’s belief that collaboration and compassion can create a positive impact beyond the workplace.

The 12th Anniversary serves as an important milestone for Sinarmas LDA Maritime to continue strengthening a corporate culture rooted in sustainability, social responsibility, and togetherness. By encouraging every employee to contribute through simple everyday actions, SLM believes that meaningful change can be achieved collectively and create lasting value for the community.
