JAKARTA – Sinarmas LDA Maritime is an integrated logistics service provider and shipping company that offers bulk cargo transportation services and port services throughout Indonesia. In order to welcome the 78^th Indonesian Independence Day, Sinarmas LDA Maritime organized a series of activities ranging from Health Webinars, Competitions to Hiking together with its employees.

This series of activities began with a Health Webinar held on Tuesday (15/08/2023). This webinar activity has the theme “Limiting Sugar Salt Fat for a Healthy Life to Avoid Non-Communicable Diseases”. This health webinar presented two speakers, namely the Head of Human Resources, General Affairs and Marketing of Pasar Rebo Hospital, Dr. Dicky Alsadik, M.M and Healthcare Consultant, Dr. R. Abimanyu Soeriawidjaja.

Some healthy tips that can be done to consume safe sugar, salt and fat are avoiding foods/beverages with excessive artificial sweeteners; using fresh food ingredients; and limiting the consumption of salted foods such as pickles and pickles. On this occasion, at least 100 SLM employees participated in watching through Zoom online.

The next series of activities was the Fun Games Competition held on Wednesday (16/08/2023) or the day before the 78^th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia. The various competitions played by Head Office employees were Pingpong Ball Relay Competition with Pipes (Lomba Estafet Bola Pingpong dengan Pipa) (5 people); Balloon Blowing Competition with Plastic Cups (Lomba Meniup Balon dengan Gelas Plastik) (7 people) and Clog Competition (Lomba Bakiak) (4 people). In addition, there was also an announcement of the Twibbon Challenge which had previously been organized through Instagram @sinarmas_ldamaritime.

This series of activities was closed with Hiking which was held on Saturday (19/08/2023). This hiking activity involved 41 participants and was located in Kuta Mariuk, Sentul. The participants hiked a total route of about 5.8 kilometers with an altitude of 1,050 meters above sea level.
