PT Alur Biru Maritim Officially Purchased ABM SATRIA Ship for Dry Bulk Cargo

JAKARTA – PT Alur Biru Maritim (“ABM”), a joint venture between Sinarmas LDA Maritime (“SLM”) and ST International (“STI”), has recently taken delivery of ABM SATRIA, a super modern dry cargo vessel dedicated to the transportation of dry bulk cargo in Indonesia.

ABM SATRIA has departed from Nantong, China, at the end of July 2022 and is now in Singapore. For information, the ABM SATRIA ship is a self-propelled barge (SPB) type of ship which is a barge using its own propulsion. ABM SATRIA is the first vessel of the three units ABM ordered in 2020 to be delivered.

Before the delivery of ABM SATRIA, ABM was already operating a fleet of 4 top of class deck cargo vessels and 10 flat top barges. The purchase of the ship, named SPB ABM SATRIA, is expected to complete the fleet currently, especially in terms of providing sea transportation for dry bulk cargo transportation.
