As the year 2025 drew to a close, the Sinarmas LDA Maritime family came together to celebrate a year of hard work, dedication, and shared achievements through a series of inspiring Year End Activities. Held over two days on Thursday–Friday, 11–12 December 2025, the event served as a meaningful moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate the collective journey throughout the year.

A wide range of activities was thoughtfully curated to promote wellness, relaxation, and connection among employees. Participants enjoyed various experiences such as spa sessions, canyoning, padel, tennis, and yoga, offering opportunities to recharge while strengthening camaraderie across teams. These activities reflected the company’s commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.

The celebration reached its peak during the Gala Dinner, which became the highlight of the Year End 2025 program. The evening was brought to life by a Sing & Dance Competition, featuring 15 creative performances from different departments. Each performance showcased not only talent, but also teamwork, creativity, and strong collaboration across the organization. The festive atmosphere was further elevated with the presentation of the Best Costume Award, adding excitement, color, and laughter throughout the night.

More than just a year-end celebration, this event marked an important milestone in strengthening unity and reinforcing the sense of belonging within the Sinarmas LDA Maritime family. It was a reminder that behind every achievement lies strong teamwork, mutual support, and shared values.
