Sinarmas LDA Maritime held a Public Lecture & Cadet Recruitment program in collaboration with the Sulawesi Utara Maritime Polytechnic (Poltekpel Sulut) as part of the company’s commitment to supporting the development of highly capable Indonesian maritime human resources who are ready to face future industry challenges.

The program aimed to equip Poltekpel Sulut cadets with firsthand insights from the industry, particularly regarding the latest developments in the shipping sector. During the public lecture session, Sinarmas LDA Maritime highlighted several strategic topics, including smart navigation, automation, and the implementation of green shipping as part of efforts to achieve more efficient, safe, and sustainable maritime operations.

Through presentations and interactive discussions, the cadets were encouraged to understand how technology plays a key role in the transformation of the global maritime industry.
